This statement explains how Expert Insight B.V. handles personal data submitted through contact forms and newsletter subscriptions.

Which data we process

We may process your name, company, email address, telephone number and the information you include in your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss possible services and maintain the resulting business correspondence. Processing is based on your request and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Sharing and retention

Contact-form submissions are processed using Netlify Forms. We do not sell your data. Information is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting assignment and applicable legal obligations.

Insights newsletter

When you subscribe to Insights, MailerLite processes your email address and subscription and confirmation details to deliver our English newsletter approximately every two weeks. We use your consent for this purpose. Confirm your subscription using the link in the confirmation email. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

Newsletter services and retention

The newsletter signup form sends your information directly to MailerLite, separately from our Netlify contact forms. The signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. We retain subscription details while you are subscribed; limited records may be kept after unsubscribing to respect your opt-out and document consent. We do not sell your data.

Your rights and contact

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Please submit your request through the contact form on our website.
